摘要
结合高温气冷堆核电站清水混凝土施工特点与难点,对核电站大断面、小间距、异形结构清水混凝土施工工艺的探索、研究、改进、优化,固化了清水混凝配合比、模板体系及排版设计、钢筋、椎体与模板安装、混凝土浇筑、养护与修补等全套施工工艺,解决了清水混凝土色差、错台、孔眼及明缝条布置等难题,为清水混凝土施工工艺在核电站的应用提供了相应的技术支持。
Combining the characteristics and difficulties of fair-faced concrete construction of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power plant,the exploration,research,improvement and optimization of the construction technology of large-section,small-pitch and special-shaped structure fair-faced concrete in nuclear power plants have solidified the water-sealing concrete mix ratio,formwork system and typesetting.Design,steel,vertebral body and formwork installation,concrete pouring,maintenance and repair,etc.,to solve the problems of clear water concrete color,wrong platform,eyelet and clear seam,etc.,providing a clear water concrete construction process in the application of nuclear power plants The corresponding technical support.
