短时间电脑屏幕阅读对大学生视功能和眼表的影响

摘要 目的:探讨短时间电脑屏幕阅读对大学生视功能和眼表的影响,对比其与传统纸张阅读的差异。方法:选择在读大学生80名,进行持续两小时的电脑屏幕阅读,对比阅读前后屈光度、调节幅度、调节灵活度、集合近点、近距水平隐斜、远距水平隐斜、 AC/A、泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)的变化。比较青年大学生短暂电脑和纸张阅读后,调节幅度、集合近点、 AC/A、调节滞后量的差异。结果:大学生短时间电脑屏幕阅读后,相较于阅读前调节灵活度增加, 80人中泪液分泌量减少者达70%,泪膜破裂时间缩短者达70%;但调节幅度、集合近点、远距水平隐斜、近距水平隐斜、 AC/A的差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。短时间电脑和纸张阅读后,受试者的调节幅度、集合近点、调节滞后的差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01),而AC/A的差异没有统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:短时间电脑屏幕阅读对大学生眼表情况及调节功能有明显影响。大学生在阅读电脑屏幕后调节幅度显著小于纸张,集合近点和调节滞后显著大于纸张。 Objective:To explore the effects of short-term computer screen reading on visual function and ocular surface of college students,and to compare the differences between them and traditional paper reading.Methods:80 college students were selected for two-hour computer screen reading.Before and after reading,the diopter,adjustment amplitude,adjustment flexibility,close-up point,close-level horizontal slant,distance horizontal slant,AC/A,tears Changes in secretion volume and tear film break time(BUT).Comparing the short-term computer and paper reading of young college students,the difference between adjustment amplitude,collection near point,AC/A,and adjustment lag.RESULTS:After reading the computer screen for a short time,compared with the increase of flexibility before reading,the tear secretion decreased by 70%in 80 people,and the tear film rupture time was shortened by 70%.However,the adjustment range,the collection point,There were no significant differences in distant horizontal occlusion,near horizontal occlusion,and AC/A(P>0.05).After a short period of computer and paper reading,the difference of adjustment amplitude,near point and adjustment lag of the subjects were statistically significant(P<0.01),but the difference of AC/A was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Short-term computer screen reading has a significant impact on the ocular surface condition and adjustment function of college students.After reading the computer screen,the adjustment amplitude of the college students is significantly smaller than that of the paper,and the collection near point and adjustment lag are significantly larger than the paper.
