关于地方高校管理类本科专业应用型人才培养的思考

Reflections on the Applied Talents' Cultivation in Undergraduate Management Majors in Local Universities

不同类型的高等学校应培养不同类型的人才,不同类型的专业也有不同的人才培养规格要求。本课题针对地方性高等院校的实际,认为地方大学的区域特征要求其应主要培养应用型人才,并对管理专业应用型人才培养模式的内容和实现的基本途径进行深入研究,以期更好地服务于地方经济建设。

Different types of universities should cultivate different types of talents,and different types of specialties also have different requirements of talents’cultivation specifications.In view of the reality of local universities,the study finds that the regional characteristics of local universities require they should mainly cultivate applied talents.And then the subject group makes a thorough study on what to do and how to do in cultivating the applied talents in management majors,in the hope of serving the development of local economy better.
