"学习困难生"在班级中是一个必然的存在,教师要充分了解学生,仔细分析学习困难的原因,教师要有包容心,理解和尊重"学习困难生";教师要有慧眼,善于发现"学习困难生"的闪光点;教师要有爱心,关心"学习困难生"的身心健康;教师要有耐心,注意转化策略,采取针对性的多元化措施,使"学习困难生"取得进步。
“Students with learning difficulties”is an inevitable existence in the class.Teachers should fully understand students and carefully analyze the causes of learning difficulties.Teachers should be tolerant,understand and respect“students with learning difficulties”;Teachers should have wisdom and be good at discovering the shining points of“students with learning difficulties”;Teachers should be loving and concerned about“students with learning difficulties”.Teachers should be patient,pay attention to transformation strategies,take targeted and diversified measures to make progress for students with learning disabilities.
