Selection of the highest test pressure for the first primary loop pressure test of nuclear power plants

核电厂在建设期间,均要对封闭主回路执行一次超压水压试验,以检查主回路及相关辅助系统的安装质量。本文主要通过对不同设计规范对于核电厂首次主回路水压试验最高试验压力的不同规定,分析出其差异性,希望为核电厂主回路水压试验最高压力选择提供参考。

During the construction of the nuclear power plant,an overpressure hydrostatic test is carried out on the closed main circuit to check the installation quality of the main circuit and related auxiliary systems.In this paper,the difference of the maximum test pressure for the first main circuit hydraulic test of the nuclear power plant is analyzed by different specifications,and it is hoped to provide a reference for the selection of the maximum pressure of the water pressure test in the main circuit of the nuclear power plant.
