摘要
结合实际,在分析供电企业电力营销目的同时,深入探讨了供电企业电力营销存在的风险因素,并且总结了供电企业电力营销风险的管控策略,希望通过风险控制措施的提出,能够减少供电企业电力营销风险,促进供电企业的健康发展。
Combining with the reality,this paper analyses the purpose of power marketing in power supply enterprises,probes into the risk factors existing in power marketing in power supply enterprises,and summarizes the management and control strategies of power marketing risk in power supply enterprises.It is hoped that the proposed risk control measures can reduce the risk of power marketing in power supply enterprises and promote power supply.Healthy development of enterprises.
