摘要 电力营销的深入发展对电力企业产生了巨大的影响。在激烈的市场竞争中,许多电力企业为了确保自身的经济效益和满足供电需求,都把重点放在客户满意度上。电力企业应辩证积极地结合自身的发展情况,市场发展的大方向和国际社会的主力技术,做出适合自己发展的规划并一步一步的实施,建立完整的居民用电服务系统,不断加强企业服务体系和机制,根据不同用户的特点制定不同的电力服务方案,做到为客户量身服务的原则。 the in-depth development of electric power marketing has great influence on electric power enterprises.In the fierce market competition,many power enterprises focus on customer satisfaction in order to ensure their economic benefits and meet the power supply demand.Electric power enterprises should be actively combined with its own development,market development direction and the main technology of the international community,to make a suitable for their own development plan and the implementation of the step by step,establish a complete residential electricity service system,strengthen enterprise service system and mechanism,according to the characteristics of the different users for different power service plan,do the principles of tailored service for the customer.
