摘要
目的:讨论人类职能理论(MOHO)指导下训练方式对精神分裂症患者康复疗效的影响。方法:选取本院住院的精神分裂症患者80例。按照干预方法不同将其分为对照组(药物治疗)和干预组(药物治疗+MOHO康复模式干预),各40例。比较两组干预前后的社会功能(SDSS评分)、自尊水平(SES评分),以及干预前后的生活技能指标(ADL、FAQ评分)。结果:干预2、6个月,两组SDSS评分均低于干预前,SES评分均高于干预前,且干预组均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组ADL、FAQ评分均低于干预前,且干预组均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以MOHO理论为指导,对精神分裂症患者进行社会功能训练,可显著改善患者的社会功能,恢复生活技能,提高自尊水平。
Objective:To discuss the effect of MOHO theory-guided training mode on rehabilitation effect of schizophrenic patients.Method:A total of 80 hospitalized schizophrenic patients in our hospital were selected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group(drug treatment)and intervention group(drug treatment+MOHO rehabilitation model intervention),40 cases in each group.The social function(SDSS score),self-esteem(SES score)and life skill index(ADL,FAQ score)before and after intervention between two groups were compared.Result:After 2 and 6 months of intervention,the SDSS scores in two groups were lower than those of before intervention,the SES scores were higher than those of before intervention,and intervention group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the ADL and FAQ scores of two groups were lower than those of before intervention,and intervention group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MOHO theory is used as a guide for the training of schizophrenic patients,can significantly improve patients’ social function,restore life skills and improve their self-esteem.
