呼吸操联合夜间BiPAP呼吸机治疗重度COPD稳定期患者效果观察 被引量:5

Curative Effect of Breathing Exercise Combined with Night BiPAP Ventilator in the Treatment of Patients with Severe COPD in Stable Phase

摘要 目的:观察呼吸操和夜间BiPAP呼吸机两种康复治疗的联合应用对重度COPD稳定期患者的效果。方法:选择2016年5月-2018年5月60例本院住院后出院的重度COPD稳定期患者进行治疗、追踪、随访观察,60例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组30例和治疗组30例。对照组仅给予常规口服及吸入药物控制,观察组在对照组的基础上给予白天呼吸操锻炼及夜间每晚大于6 h的BiPAP呼吸机治疗,治疗4周后对比两组疗效。结果:观察组肺功能、血气分析、6 min步行试验及呼吸困难评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸操可以改善患者的呼吸肌群功能,增强其收缩力,BiPAP呼吸机可以缓解呼吸肌群疲劳,两者联用可以改善患者呼吸功能和提高其生活质量,值得临床推荐。 Objective:To observe the effect of combined use of respiratory therapy and night BiPAP ventilator rehabilitation on the stability of patients with severe COPD.Method:From May 2016 to May 2018,60 patients with severe COPD discharged from the hospital after hospitalization were selected for treatment,followup,and follow-up observations.They were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was given conventional oral and inhaled drug control,on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given daytime aerobic exercise and BiPAP ventilator treatment which more than 6 hours every night.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,6-minute walking test and dyspnea score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breathing exercises can improve the respiratory muscle function and increase contractility.BiPAP ventilator can relieve respiratory fatigue,and the combination of two methods can improve the respiratory function and improve their quality of life,it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
