五皮饮联合重组人白介素11对肿瘤放化疗中血小板下降的治疗效果研究

Clinical Study of Wupiyin Combined with Recombinant Human Interleukin 11 in Thrombocytopenia in Tumor Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的:探讨五皮饮联合重组人白介素11(rhIL-11)对肿瘤放化疗中血小板(PLT)下降的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月本院收治的诊肿瘤患者51例,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=26)和研究组(n=25)。对照组采用rhIL-11治疗,研究组采用五皮饮联合rhIL-11治疗。比较两组治疗前后的PLT水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗10 d及治疗后,两组PLT水平均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的42.3%(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的42.3%(P<0.05)。结论:五皮饮联合rhIL-11治疗肿瘤放化疗中PLT下降的效果显著,可有效提高PLT水平,减少水钠潴留等不良反应,值得临床上的进一步推广与运用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wupiyin combined with Recombinant Human Interleukin 11(rhIL-11)on thrombocytopenia in tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Method:A total of 51 patients with tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=26)and study group(n=25).The control group was treated with rhIL-11,while study group was treated with Wupiyin combined with rhIL-11.The PLT level before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:After 10 d and treatment,the levels of PLT in two groups were higher than those of before treatment,and study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 8.0%,which was lower than 42.3%in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.0%in study group,which was higher than 42.3%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wupiyin combined with rhIL-11 has a significant effect on thrombocytopenia in tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy,can effectively improve the level of PLT and reduce adverse reactions such as sodium and water retention.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
