摘要
目的:探究经跗骨窦切口插入钢板与经外侧L形切口钢板内固定在跟骨骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年10月60例在本院治疗的跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间的先后,分为对比组(30例36足)和试验组(30例34足),对比组给予外侧L型切口钢板内固定治疗,试验组给予经跗骨窦入路切口插入钢板治疗,对比两组的治疗情况、足功能评分以及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组患者的手术时间(48.57±3.62)min与住院时间(7.25±2.14)d,均低于对比组的(65.71±5.45)min与(11.62±2.79)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月,试验组患者足功能评分为(80.57±4.62)分,明显高于对比组的(73.13±4.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率(5.88%)明显低于对比组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对跟骨骨折患者实施经跗骨窦切口插入钢板治疗,明显缩短了手术时间与治疗时间,改善了患者的足功能,减少了并发症,治疗效果显著,值得临床上推广及使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of plate insertion through tarsal sinus incision and translateral L-incision plate internal fixation in calcaneal fracture.Method:From October 2016 to October 2017,60 patients with calcaneal fracture were divided into control group(30 cases,36 feet)and experimental group(30 cases,34 feet).The control group was treated with translateral L-shaped plate internal fixation,the experimental group was treated by tarsal sinus incision insertion plate treatment,the treatment,foot function score and complication incidence of two groups were compared.Result:The operative time(48.57±3.62)min and hospitalization time(7.25±2.14)d of the experimental group were significantly lower than(65.71±5.45)min and(11.62±2.79)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).12 months after operation,the score of foot function in the experimental group(80.57±4.62)scores was significantly higher than(73.13±4.78)scores in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(5.88%)was significantly lower than that(25.00%)in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcaneal fracture treated with tarsal sinus incision insertion plate can significantly shorten the operation time and treatment time,improve the foot function of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and the effect of treatment is remarkable,it is worth of popularizing and using in clinic.
