颈椎病患者行针灸加牵引配合颈椎康复操的应用研究

Spplication Study of Acupuncture and Traction Combined with Cervical Rehabilitation Exercises in Cervical Spondylosis

目的:研究分析颈椎病患者实行针灸加牵引并配合颈椎康复操的临床效果,以提高颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法:随机选取2017年3月-2018年3月本院收治入院的颈椎病患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组54例。对照组患者采取针灸加牵引治疗方案;试验组患者采取针灸加牵引治疗并配合颈椎康复操方案。将两组患者颈肌力学指标、疼痛情况、治疗有效率进行对比。结果:试验组峰力距、平均功率以及关节活动度均明显高于对照组,试验组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸加牵引配合颈椎康复操,对颈椎病患者临床治疗效果有明显作用,进行联合治疗的效果优于单一疗法,其有效增强颈部肌肉力量和关节活动度,缓解患者疼痛,可在颈椎病治疗中广泛应用。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and traction combined with cervical rehabilitation exercise in cervical spondylosis,in order to improve the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis patients.Method:A total of 108 patients with cervical spondylosis who treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and traction,the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and traction combined with cervical rehabilitation exercise,the cervical muscle mechanical index,pain,the effective rate before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The peak force distance,average power and joint motion in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the VAS pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture and traction combined with cervical rehabilitation exercise has obvious effect on the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis patients,the effect of combined treatment is better than that of the one kind of therapy alone.It can effectively strengthen the muscle strength of the neck and joint motion,reduce the pain of the patients,it can be widely used in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
