牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障术后眼表损伤的修复作用

Repair Effect of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibolast Growth Factor Eye-Gel Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on Ocular Surface Injury after Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶(贝复舒)联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障术后眼表损伤的修复作用。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月在本院就诊的Ⅲ级以下晶体核硬度的老年性白内障行超声乳化白内障摘除术的患者80例(80眼)。按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规用药,研究组在对照组基础上加用贝复舒。比较两组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL评分)、基础泪液分泌、眼部不适症状评分。结果:术前,两组BUT、FL评分、基础泪液分泌、眼部不适症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周、2周和1个月,研究组BUT水平均高于对照组,基础泪液分泌水平均低于对照组,FL及眼部不适症状评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝复舒联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障术后眼表损伤修复作用明显,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the repair effect of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibolast Growth Factor Eye-Gel combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on ocular surface injury after cataract surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients(80 eyes) with senile cataract with nucleus hardness below Ⅲ who underwent phacoemulsification from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medication,while study group was given Befloxacin on the basis of control group.The tear film rupture time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL score),basic tear secretion and eye discomfort score were compared between two groups.Result:Before surgery,the BUT,FL scores,basic tear secretion and eye discomfort score were compared between two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After operation one week,two weeks and one month,the BUT level of study group were higher than those of control group,the basic tear secretion level were lower than those of control group,and the FL and eye discomfort scores were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibolast Growth Factor Eye-Gel combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops has obvious effect on repairing ocular surface injury after cataract surgery,which is worth popularizing and applying.
