摘要 目的:探讨SN6AD1+3.0D非球面多焦点人工晶体植入术后的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年6月之间在本医院进行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入手术的患者81例(102眼)的资料进行回顾性分析,按照患者的手术方法分为两个组,对照组40例(51眼),观察组41例(51眼),对照组患者植入博士伦AO非球面单焦点人工晶体,观察组患者植入SN6ADA+3.0D多焦点人工晶体,比较两组患者的手术效果。结果:术后1周-3个月,两组患者的裸眼远视力和最佳矫正远视力均出现增加,但增加幅度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的裸眼中视力,最佳矫正中视力,裸眼近视力,最佳矫正近视力均出现增加,观察组的增加幅度大于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的远视力矫正平均屈光度[(0.26±0.12)D vs (0.25±0.13)D]比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.404,P>0.05);观察组患者的中视力矫正平均屈光度[(1.52±0.23)D vs (0.73±0.12)D],近视力矫正平均屈光度[(1.74±0.24)D vs (0.86±0.21)D]均低于对照组患者,比较差异均有统计学意义(t=21.747,19.706;P<0.05),观察组患者的拟调节力[(0.38±0.13)D VS (2.66±0.42)D]和阅读脱镜率[8/40) vs (30/41)]高于对照组患者,比较差异均有统计学意义(t=-37.034,x^2=22.984,P<0.05)。结论:SN6AD1+3.0D非球面多焦点人工晶体采用独特的光学设计,可以让光线在通过晶体之后按照合理的比例分配在不同的焦点上,有效提升了手术之后患者近视力与中视力的恢复,改善生活质量,值得在临床工作中推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of SN6AD1+3.0D aspherical multifocal intraocular lens implantation.Method:81 patients(102 eyes)with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the operative method,the control group consisted of 40 eyes(51 eyes)and the observation group of 41 cases(51 eyes).The patients in control group were implanted with AO aspherical single focal intraocular lens,and the patients in the observation group were implanted with SN6AD1+3.0D aspherical multifocal intraocular lens.The operation effect of two groups were compared.Result:After surgery 1 week to 3 months,the best corrected distance vision of the naked eye distance box was increased in both groups,but the data difference of the increase was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the visual acuity in the naked eye,the best corrected visual acuity,the naked eye near vision,and the best corrected near vision of two groups were increased,the increase of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery three months,the difference in far vision correction mean diopter of two groups[(0.26±0.12)D vs(0.25±0.13)D]was not statistically significant(t=0.404,P>0.05).The average refractive power of the visual acuity correction and the mean refractive power of the near vision correction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(1.52±0.23)D vs(0.73±0.12)D],[(1.74±0.24)DVS(0.86±0.21)D],the differences were statistically significant(t=21.747,19.706;P<0.05).The patients in the observation group had a higher accommodation power[(0.38±0.13)D vs(2.66±0.42)D]and the reading dislocation rate higher than the control group[(8/40)vs(30/41)],the differences were statistically significant(t=-37.034,χ^2=22.984;P<0.05).Conclusion:The SN6AD1+3.0D aspherical multifocal intraocular lens uses a unique optical design that allows light to be distributed at different focal points in a reasonable proportion after passing through the crystal.Effectively improve the recovery of near vision and intermediate vision after surgery,improve the quality of life,and deserve to be promoted in clinical work.
