摘要
目的:探究微生物检验控制医院感染的临床价值。方法:选取本院2016年4月-2017年10月收治的感染患者180例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,各90例。A组参照临床经验配制治疗药物,B组施行微生物检验后结合检测结果配制治疗药物,比较两组的感染严重程度、感染控制及满意度情况。结果:A组中、重度感染的占比分别为30.0%、22.2%均明显高于B组的16.7%、11.1%,轻度感染的占比为47.8%明显低于B组的72.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组感染的总控制率为68.9%明显低于B组的84.4%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.087 0,P=0.013 6)。A组患者的满意度为80.0%明显低于B组的91.1%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.495 5,P=0.034 0)。结论:施行微生物检验,根据检测结果制定针对性的治疗方法,有助于控制医院感染,提升患者的满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of microbiological examination for hospital infection control.Method:A total of 180 cases of infectious patients admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,90 cases in each group.Group A was prepared the therapeutic drugs according to clinical experience,group B was prepared the therapeutic drugs according to the results of microbiological examination.The severity of infection,infection control and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Result:The proportion of moderate and severe infections in group A were 30.0% and 22.2% respectively,which were significantly higher than 16.7% and 11.1% in group B,the proportion of mild infections in group A was 47.8%,which was significantly lower than 72.2% in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total control rate of infection in group A was 68.9%,which was significantly lower than 84.4% in group B,the difference was statistically significant( x^2=6.087 0,P=0.013 6). The satisfaction degree of group A was 80.0%,which was significantly lower than 91.1% of group B,the difference was statistically significant( x^2=4.495 5,P=0.034 0). Conclusion:The implementation of microbiological examination and the formulation of targeted treatment methods based on the test results can help to control hospital infection and improve patients’ satisfaction.
