摘要
目的:探讨升阳益胃颗粒对慢性疲劳模型大鼠的行为学指标(力竭游泳时间、跨格运动次数)及血清睾酮T和皮质酮CORT的影响。方法:将60只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、诺迪康胶囊组、升阳益胃颗粒低、中、高剂量组。正常组不造模,其余组进行造模及灌胃。造模前后以及末次灌胃后测量大鼠行为学。最后一次灌胃后测定大鼠血清中T和CORT的含量。结果:诺迪康胶囊组和升阳益胃颗粒组CORT含量较低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),诺迪康组较升阳益胃颗粒中浓度组CORT含量高,且有显著性差异(P <0.01);诺迪康胶囊和升阳益胃颗粒组大鼠的行为学指标及睾酮T含量均高于模型组,有显著性差异(P <0.01),升阳益胃颗粒中浓度组高于诺迪康组,有显著性差异(P <0.01)。正常组与诺迪康胶囊组、升阳益胃颗粒低剂量组有显著性差异(P <0.01),而与升阳益胃颗粒中、高剂量组相比则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。升阳益胃颗粒中、低、高剂量之间相比,无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论:升阳益胃颗粒可以明显增加慢性疲劳大鼠跨格数量,显著延长其疲劳游泳时间,血清睾酮T含量显著增加,血清皮质酮CORT含量降低。
Objective:To observe the effect of the Shengyang Yiwei particles(升阳益胃颗粒)on behavioral indicators(exhaustion swimming time,across the grid and standing movement times),serum T,CORT of rats with chronic fatigue.Methods:60 SD male rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the Nuodikang capsule(low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.The normal group without modeling and the other 5 groups were carried modeling and filled the stomach.In before modeling and the last administration,the exhaustion swimming time,across the grid and standing movement times were measured.The serum T and CORT were evaluated after the last administration.Results:The serum CORT in the Nuodikang capsule group and Shengyang Yiwei particles groups were higher than the model group,with significant differences(P<0.01).The serum CORT in the Nuodikang capsule group was higher than the Shengyang Yiwei particles middle dose group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).The behavioural indicators and T in the Nuodikang capsule group and Shengyang Yiwei particles groups were higher than the model group,with significant differences(P<0.01);that in the Shengyang Yiwei particles middle dosage was higher than the Nuodikang capsule group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with the normal group,there were significant differences with the Nuodikang capsule group and the Shengyang Yiwei particles low dose group(P<0.01);there was no significant difference with the Shengyang Yiwei particles middle dose group and high dose group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference among the Shengyang Yiwei particles low dose,middle dose and high dose group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Shengyang Yiwei particles can significantly increase across grid and standing movement times and extend the swimming exhaustion time,improve serum T and reduce serum CORT.
