自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)发育不良的腔内治疗及护理

Endovascular treatment and nursing of autologous AVF dysplasia

目的:探讨自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)发育不良的腔内治疗的围手术护理。方法:回顾性分析2014年5月-2015年12月广州医科大学附属第二医院血管外科收治12例自体AVF发育不良患者腔内治疗的护理过程。术前做好心理护理、患肢及生命体征的观察并完善各项相关检查和术前准备;术后护理做好一般护理、出血的观察及健康教育。结果:12例患者围术期均无严重不良事件。术后12个月一期与二期临床成功率分别为50.0%和83.3%。结论:自体AVF发育不良可通过腔内治疗取得良好促成熟效果.做好围手术期护理,提高患者的依从性能有效促进内瘘早日发育成熟,维持血透造瘘管的通畅。

Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing of autologous AVF dysplasia.Methods:The nursing process of 12 patients with autologous AVF dysplasia was treated retrospectively from May 2014 to December 2015 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.Preoperative psychological care,limb and vital signs of observation and improvement of the relevant checks and preoperative preparation should be done;postoperative general care,bleeding observation and health education should get ready.Results:There was no serious adverse event in 12 patients during perioperative period.The clinical success rates were 50.0%and 83.3%in phase one and two after 12 months.Conclusion:Endovascular on autologous AVF dysplasia shows a good effect.A good perioperative nursing,improvement of patient compliance performance can effectively promote the early development of internal fistula mature,and maintain blood circulation fistula smooth.
