穴位敷贴治疗神经外科患者尿潴留的疗效观察

Efficacy of acupoint application on urinary retention in ptients in neurosurgery

目的:应用穴位敷贴治疗神经外科患者的尿潴留并观察其疗效,为神经外科患者尿潴留的诊断与治疗提供相关依据。方法:选择2015年1月-2017年12月在我院神经外科住院及门诊患者中出现尿潴留的患者72例,将实施常规护理的患者列为对照组,将实施穴位敷贴患者作为治疗组,观察两组患者尿潴留改善情况。结果:运用穴位敷贴后,治疗组第一次排尿时间为(8.2±5.1)小时;残余尿量(27.8±9.8)mL;尿潴留程度较轻,尿潴留改善情况总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:应用穴位敷贴治疗神经外科患者的尿潴留,能切实提高疗效,解除患者痛苦,降低留置导尿概率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint application on urinary retention in patients in neurosurgery,and provide the basis for the diagnosing and treating urinary retention.Methods:72 patients were selected.The control group received routine nursing.The treatment group was given acupoint application.The improvement of urinary retention in two groups was observed.Results:The first micturition time in the treatment group was(8.2±5.1)hours,the residual urine volume was(27.8±9.8)mL,the degree of urinary retention was relatively low,and the total efficiency of urinary retention improvement was 90%,significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application can effectively improve the curative effects,relieve pain and reduce the risk of indwelling catheterization,and is worthy of clinical application.
