加减益母生化汤联合失笑散在产后恶露不绝中的应用和疗效

Application and efficacy of the Yimu Shenghua decoction plus Shixiao San on postpartum lochiorrhea

目的:观察加减益母生化汤联合失笑散在产后恶露不绝中的应用和临床效果。方法:选取100例确诊为产后恶露不绝的患者作为研究对象,其中40例作为对照组,使用缩宫素进行治疗;60例作为研究组,使用加减益母生化汤联合失笑散进行治疗。比较两组患者的中医证候的改善情况、阴道停止出血所需要的时间、子宫复旧情况以及治疗总有效率。结果:两组治疗前的中医证候积分比较无统计学差异;两者在治疗后与治疗前比较,中医证候积分均下降,且研究组患者治疗后较对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者阴道停止出血时间[(3.44±0.36)d]明显少于对照组的(4.71±0.74)d,子宫复旧[(166.37±6.49)mm3]优于对照组的(175.67±3.61)mm3,研究组临床疗效总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组的80.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:加减益母生化汤联合失笑散治疗产后恶露不绝具有能改善相关的中医证候、缩短阴道出血时间,促进子宫复旧,大大提高临床疗效的作用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Yimu Shenghua decoction(益母生化汤)plus Shixiao San(失笑散)on postpartum lochiorrhe.Methods:100 patients were selected as the study subjects.40 cases in the control group were treated with oxytocin.60 cases in the study group were treated with the Yimu Shenghua decoction plus Shixiao San.The improvement of TCM symptoms score,the time of vaginal bleeding,the recovery of uterus and the total effective rate in groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between groups before treatment;the TCM syadrome score in groups were decreased after treatment,and the difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time in the study group was(3.44±0.36)days,significantly shorter than(4.71±0.74)days in the control group.The uterine involution in the study group was(166.37±6.49)mm^3,better than(175.67±3.61)mm^3 in the control group.The total clinical efficiency in the study group was 93.33%,higher than 80.00%in the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yimu Shenghua decoction plus Shixiao San can improve the TCM syndromes related to postpartum lochia,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,promote uterine involution and improve clinical efficacy.
