加味桂芍四妙汤联合中药外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效评价

Treating recurrent fungal vaginitis with the Guishao Simiao decoction plus TCM external washing therapy

目的:探究加味桂芍四妙汤联合中药外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年12月在我院门诊治疗的复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者106例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各53例。对照组给予酮康唑胶囊与制霉菌素阴道栓治疗,观察组给予加味桂芍四妙汤联合中药外洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗后复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.34%(50/53),比对照组的79.25%(42/53)高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后6、12个月时间内复发率比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:复发性霉菌性阴道炎实施加味桂芍四妙汤联合中药外洗治疗效果显著,可改善患者不适症状,降低复发率。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Guishao Simiao decoction(桂芍四妙汤)plus TCM external washing therapy on recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods:106 cases were divided into two groups,53 cases in each.The control group was given ketoconazole capsule plus nifurateland nystatinvaginal suppositories;and the observation group was given the Guishao Simiao decoction more.Results:The total efficiency was 94.34%in the observation group(50/53),higher than 79.25%in the control group(42/53),P<0.05.At 6 and 12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Guishao Simiao decoction plus TCM external washing therapy on recurrent fungal vaginitis shows a good effect,can improve th e patients'symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
