中药六合丹外敷联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗聚合性痤疮患者效果分析

Efficacy of Liuhe Dan plus acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery on acne conglobata

目的:对中药六合丹外敷联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗聚合性痤疮患者的效果进行探讨。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年3月在东莞市第六人民医院医疗美容科治疗的60例聚合性痤疮患者,将其随机分组,给予中药六合丹外敷联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗者设定为观察组,给予西医治疗者设定为对照组,每组30例。结果:治疗总有效率方面,观察组显著高于对照组,即观察组为93.33%,对照组为73.33%。不良反应发生率方面,观察组显著低于对照组,即观察组为3.33%,对照组为23.33%,数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:临床对聚合性痤疮患者应用中药六合丹外敷联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗取得了显著的效果,且患者的不良反应较少,方案可行性和安全性有进一步推广的价值。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of Liuhe Dan(六合丹)plus acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery on acne conglobata.Methods:From January 2016 to March 2018,60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine;and the observation group was given Liuhe Dan plus acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery.Results:The total efficiency was 93.33%in the observation group,higher than 73.33%in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%in the observation group,lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuhe Dan plus acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery on acne conglobata show a significant effect,with fewer adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion.
