速愈洗剂坐浴结合红光照射促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床研究

The efficacy of sitting bath plus red light on wound healing after anal fistula

目的:通过速愈洗剂坐浴结合红光照射对肛瘘术后创面的影响观察,探讨一种综合疗法促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的有效性及优势,提高肛瘘术后患者的生活质量。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者60例,随机分成两组,治疗组(30例)采用速愈洗剂坐浴结合红光照射,对照组(30例)采用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴结合红光照射。术后观察所有患者总体疗效、术后疼痛、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间等情况。结果:治疗组和对照组经过治疗后总体疗效无显著性差异(P> 0.05);治疗组术后第3天、第7天、第14天创面疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组术后第7天、第14天创面愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后创面愈合平均时间为(19.73±2.48)天,对照组平均愈合时间为(23.27±3.01)天,治疗组平均愈合时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:速愈洗剂坐浴结合红光照射作为一种综合疗法应用于低位单纯性肛瘘术后的创面修复,可明显减轻术后伤口疼痛,促进创面愈合,能有效减少患者痛苦,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of sitting bath plus red light on wound healing after anal fistula.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The treatment group was given sitting bath plus red light;and the control group was given potassium permanganate solution in sitting bath plus red light irradiation.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in efficacy between groups(P>0.05).In day 3,day 7 and day 14 after surgery,the wound pain degree in the treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05).In day 7 and 14 after surgery,wound healing rate in the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The mean time of postoperative wound healing in the treatment group was(19.73±2.48)days,shorter than(23.27±3.01)days in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sitting bath plus red light on wound healing after anal fistula showed a good effect,can promote wound healing and effectively reduce patient's pain,improve quality of life.
