大蒜素胶囊在复发性口腔溃疡治疗中的应用价值

Treating recurrent oral ulcer with capsulae allitridi

目的:探讨大蒜素胶囊在复发性口腔溃疡治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年12月-2017年8月接收的60例复发性口腔溃疡患者进行分组研究。根据门诊单双日顺序将患者均分为观察组和对照组;对照组患者给予康复新液含漱治疗,观察组联用大蒜素胶囊,比较两组的疗效及治疗前后的疼痛评分。结果:经治疗,观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),两数据比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于治疗前,组间比较观察组评分更低(P <0.05)。结论:在复发性口腔溃疡的治疗中联用大蒜素胶囊整体疗效显著,值得在临床中借鉴。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of capsulae allitridi on recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:From December 2016 to August 2017,60 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given Kangfuxin liquid(康复新液);and the observation group was given capsulae allitridi.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group,higher than 76.67%(23/30)in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,VAS scores were reduced in both groups,and that in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capsulae allitridi on recurrent oral ulcer showed a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
