全麻患儿2800例恢复室中并发症观察与护理

The complications and nursing of 2800 children in PACU

目的:探讨全麻患儿在麻醉恢复室的护理方法。方法:对我院PACU 2800例全麻患儿采取相应的护理措施:完善患儿交接、监测和记录,患儿术后监测包括心率、脉搏、血氧饱和度、血压、呼吸、体温变化,密切观察患儿呼吸系统、循环系统变化,密切观察及处理恶心、呕吐、术后体温过低或体温过高、延迟苏醒等全麻并发症。结果:本研究的2800例全麻患儿经严密观察和精心护理,效果满意,顺利完成PACU的治疗,安返病房。结论:PACU的设立对于减少患儿术后并发症及病死率,提高术后安全系数有重要作用。

Objective:To explore the nursing methods of children with general anesthesia in PACU.Methods:2800 children with general anesthesia in PACU were given corresponding nursing measures,including to improving the handover,monitoring and recording of the patients,detecting postoperative heart rate,pulse,oxygen saturation,blood pressure,respiration and body temperature changes,observing respiratory system,circulatory system changes,nausea,vomiting,postoperative hypothermia or hyperthermia,delayed wakefulness and other general anesthesia complications.Results:Close observation and careful nursing on 2800 cases of general anesthesia showed a satisfactory effect,successfully completed the treatment in PACU,safe return to the ward.Conclusion:The establishment of PACU plays an important role in reducing the postoperative complications and mortality of children,and improving the postoperative safety factor.
