乌梅丸加减治疗胃癌45例疗效观察

Treating 45 cases of gastric cancer with Wumei Wan

目的:观察乌梅丸加减治疗胃癌的临床症状改善程度及临床获益程度。方法:选择符合病例纳入标准的胃癌患者,予中药汤剂口服,主方为乌梅丸加减,治疗3个月后,观察患者的中医辨证分型疗效、中医证候分期疗效、治疗前后症状积分比较、临床症状改善程度、生活质量疗效评价、贫血改善程度等,以判定乌梅丸加减治疗胃癌的临床疗效。结果:45例胃癌患者治疗前后中医辨证分型疗效以肝气犯胃、胃热伤阴、气滞血瘀三型有效率最高,总有效率为91.1%;中医证候分期疗效对II期患者疗效最佳,可达100%显效,其次为III期、IV期;治疗前症状积分为(22.22±2.39),治疗后积分为(15.36±2.05),差异显著(P <0.01);对腹胀、食少、嗳气、呕吐等症状之改善最为显著;治疗前生活质量评分为(144.49±18.02),治疗后评分为(99.62±13.60),差异显著(P <0.01);对RBC、HGB及PLT之改善较为明显;对CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+之改善较为明显。结论:乌梅丸加减治疗胃癌疗效显著,可使患者临床获益。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Wumei Wan(乌梅丸)on gastric cancer.Methods:All patients were given Wumei Wan.Results:Among the 45 patients,The Ganqi Fanwei type(肝气犯胃型),the Weire Shangyin type(胃热伤阴型)and the Qizhi Xueyu type(气滞血瘀型)were the most effective.The total efficiency is 91.1%.Phase II patients with TCM staging treatment have the best efficacy,up to 100%,followed by phase III and IV.The symptom score before treatment was(22.22±2.39),and after treatment was(15.36±2.05),P<0.01.Symptoms such as bloating,eating less,belching,vomiting were significantly improved;the quality of life before treatment was(144.49±18.02),and after treatment was(99.62±13.60),P<0.01;RBC,HGB and PLT were significantly improved;the improvement of CD3^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+is more obvious.Conclusion:Wumei Wan on gastric cancer shows a good effect.
