清热祛浊胶囊制备工艺的研究

A study on preparation process of the Qingre Quzhuo capsule

目的:筛选清热祛浊胶囊的最佳制备工艺。方法:以加水倍数(A)、提取时间(B)及提取次数(C)为考察因素,进行正交试验,以干膏得率为评价指标,筛选最佳工艺。结果:通过试验确定了清热祛浊胶囊的最优制备工艺。结论:筛选的工艺稳定可行。

Objective:To screen the optimal preparation process of the Qingre Quzhuo capsule(清热祛浊胶囊).Methods:Taking the multiple of water(A),the extraction time(B)and the number of extractions(C)as the investigation factors,the orthogonal test was conducted.The yield of dry cream was the evaluation index and the best technology was screened.Results:The optimal preparation process of the Qingre Quzhuo capsule was determined by experiments.Conclusion:The screening process is stable and feasible.
