枸杞子及其提取物在眼科中的应用及机理探讨研究

An analysis of application mechanism of Gouqizi and its extract in ophthalmology

目的:进一步明确枸杞子及其提取物在眼科中的应用及作用机理,扩大其适用范围,达到单味药、复方及不同剂型的灵活运用效果,为后续进一步研究提供理论支持和依据。方法:通过查阅30余部经典著作及80余篇相关文献,从枸杞子在中药性味、归经及西医提取物枸杞多糖和类胡萝卜素的研究方面,概括近几年枸杞子在眼科的应用及作用机理,并将相关资料进行整理分析。结果:枸杞子在眼科治疗中疗效确切,应用广泛。结论:枸杞子作为我国重要的中药材之一,在眼部疾患的治疗上具有显著的临床疗效。近代研究表明枸杞子在治疗眼病方面有大量的理论支持,为后期对枸杞子的研究与应用提供充分依据。

Objective:To further clarify the application and mechanism of Gouqizi(枸杞子)and its extract in ophthalmology,expand its scope of application,achieve single herbs and compound and flexible use of effects of different dosage forms,provide theoretical support and basis for further research.Methods:By looking at more than 30 classic,and more than 80 related literature,from the Gouqizi in medicinal taste,classics and western medicine extract LBP and carotenoids research,application and mechanism of Gouqizi in ophthalmology in recent years were summarized;and the related information summary was analyzed.Results:The efficacy of Gouqizi fruit of ophthalmologic treatment is exact and widely used.Conclusion:Gouqizi is one of the important TCM medicine,and has a significant clinical effect on eye diseases.Recent studies have shown that Gouqizi has a lot of theoretical support in treating eye diseases,which provides a good basis for the study and application of Gouqizi in the later stage,and to create new ideas.
