腹三焦疗法治疗膝痹证的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating the Xibi symptom by the Fusanjiao therapy

目的:观察"腹三焦"腹针疗法对膝关节炎的疗效影响。方法:将47例膝关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组23例,对照组24例,两组均选用"腹三焦"取穴法,治疗组选用华成牌0.22mm×40mm的针灸针针刺梁门、天枢、水道、阴都、肓俞、气穴;对照组应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖0.48g,口服,每天3次。以视觉模拟评分法和疼痛缓解作为疗效评判标准,进行评价。结果:治疗组总治愈率高于对照组,P <0.05;治疗组总愈显率高于对照组,P <0.01;两组总有效率有明显差异,P <0.05。结论:"腹三焦"取穴法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎优于口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖,"腹三焦"取穴法对其临床有效,临床值得推广。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Fusanjiao(腹三焦)therapy on knee arthritis.Methods:47 patients were randomly divided into two groups,23 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group.Two groups were given the Fusanjiao therapy.The treatment group was selected the 0.22mm×40mm acupuncture needle.The control group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride.The visual analogue scoring method and pain relief were evaluated as the evaluation criteria for curative effect.Results:The total cure rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group,P<0.01.The total efficiency in two groups shows significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Fusanjiao therapy shows a better effect,and is worthy of promotion.
