三仙解郁颗粒治疗中度抑郁症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating moderate depression with the Sanxian Jieyu granules

目的:观察三仙解郁颗粒治疗中度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将83例中度抑郁症患者随机分为试验组(三仙解郁颗粒组)和对照组(盐酸文拉法辛缓释片组),试验组43例,对照组40例。对两组治疗前后中医证候疗效及汉密尔顿(HAMD)抑郁量表减分率进行对比观察。结果:试验组中医证候疗效总有效率为93.2%;对照组总有效率为82.5%;两组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。两组HAMD积分减分率比较,试验组为86.5%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:三仙解郁颗粒对中度抑郁症的治疗有良好的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Sanxian Jieyu granules(三仙解郁颗粒)on moderate depression.Methods:83 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were given venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.43 cases in the experimental group were given the Sanxian Jieyu granules.Results:The total efficiency was 93.2%in the experimental group,higher than 82.5%in the control group.The reduction rate of HAMD scores was 86.5%in the experimental group and 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sanxian Jieyu granules on moderate depression shows a good effect.
