从软肝养阴方谈治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化体会

Treating chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis with the Ruan'gan Yangyin prescription

目的:总结分析软肝养阴方在慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化治疗中的应用效果。方法:以我院2016年8月-2017年9月收治的80例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者作为研究对象,对照组40例给予常规治疗,观察组40例采用软肝养阴方实施治疗,回顾分析两组患者治疗的相关指标。结果:两组患者治疗后相对于治疗前血清肝纤维化指标均明显降低,且在治疗后的血清肝纤维化指标方面,观察组小于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:软肝养阴方在治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化过程中,能够有效地改善患者纤维化程度,改善患者预后。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Ruan'gan Yangyin prescription(软肝养阴方)on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods:From August 2016 to September 2017,80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group was given the Ruan'gan Yangyin prescription.Results:After treatment,serum fibrosis markers were significantly lower in both groups,and those in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ruan'gan Yangyin prescription on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis can effectively improve the degree of fibrosis and prognosis.
