急性上呼吸道感染中医临床路径及疗效观察

Treating acute upper respiratory tract infection in TCM

目的:对急性上呼吸道感染中医临床路径及疗效进行观察。方法:本次研究对象为我院130例急性上呼吸道感染患者,抽签随机分为实验组和对照组,两组各65例患者,分别给予中医临床路径治疗及常规治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察对比。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效人数为62例(95.38%),对照组患者的治疗总有效人数为51例(78.46%),且经过治疗两组患者的症状积分均有所降低,但实验组症状积分为(2.31±0.13)分,对照组症状积分为(6.74±1.10)分,差异显著,P均<0.05.结论:对急性上呼吸道感染患者给予中医临床路径治疗,能够提高患者的治疗有效率和降低患者的中医症状积分,有利于促进患者恢复健康,值得进行临床应用及推广。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:130 cases in our hospital were divided into two groups,65 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the experimental group was given the TCM therapy.Results:The total efficiency was 95.38%in the experimental group(62 cases),higher than 78.46%in the control group(51 cases).After treatment,the symptom scores in two groups were reduced.The symptom score in the experimental group was(2.31±0.13)points,and(6.74±1.10)points in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM on acute upper respiratory tract infection can improve efficiency and reduce TCM symptom score,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of patients'health,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
