益气扶正活血化瘀法治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果分析

Effects of the Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Huayu therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探究益气扶正活血化瘀法治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法:以2016年1-12月为病例选取时间,纳入92例慢性盆腔炎患者,以入院顺序为依据,分为参照组、研究组,各46例,参照组以甲硝唑、头孢呋辛治疗,研究组以益气扶正活血化瘀法治疗,对比效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者症状积分无显著差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组患者症状积分明显低于参照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),明显高于参照组的80.43%(37/46),研究组无患者复发,1年内的病情复发率为0.00%(0/46),明显低于参照组的8.70%(4/46),差异显著,(P <0.05)。结论:予以慢性盆腔炎患者益气扶正活血化瘀法治疗,可优化症状改善效果,提升治疗效果,降低复发率,效果确切,故值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Huayu therapy(益气扶正活血化瘀法)on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:According to the order of admission,92 patients were divided into the control group and study group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given metronidazole,cefuroxime;the study group was given the Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Huayu therapy.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom score in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was 95.65%(44/46),which was significantly higher than 80.43%(37/46)in the control group.The relapse rate in the study group was 0.00%(0/46),and lower than 8.70%(4/46)in the control group in one year,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Huayu therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease shows a accurate effect,can improve symptoms and effect,reduce the recurrence rate,is worth popularizing and applying.
