家庭康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy of family rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探讨家庭康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年2月-2017年11月我院收治的72例脑卒中偏瘫患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=36)与实验组(n=36),对照组施以常规护理模式,实验组施以家庭康复护理模式,观察两组患者的临床护理效果与康复效果。结果:对照组的临床护理总有效率为66.67%,明显低于实验组的97.22%;其运动功能评分与日常生活能力评分明显低于实验组,神经功能缺损评分明显高于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:家庭康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用具有显著效果,不仅能够有效提升患者的护理效果,同时能够有效提升患者的康复程度,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the application of family rehabilitation nursing in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:From February 2015 to November 2017,72 cases were randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and the experimental group(n=36).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group received family rehabilitation nursing.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was 66.67%,significantly lower than 97.22%in the experimental group.The motor function scores and daily living ability scores in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group,and the neurological deficit scores were significantly higher than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect in stroke patients with hemiplegia,not only can effectively improve the patients’nursing effect,but also can effectively improve the rehabilitation degree of patients,so it has a high value of clinical promotion.
