目的:总结张磊教授治疗痛经的经验。方法:长期跟师侍诊,整理资料,总结分析。结果与结论:玄胡汤为张磊教授治疗痛经的经验方,芍药、延胡索、甘草是方中的核心药物,随证加味,效果显著。

Objective:To summarize the experience of Zhang Lei in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods:To study with teacher in clinic for a long time and collect clinical data,which are organized,summarized and analyzed.Results and Conclusion:Xuanhu Decoction(玄胡汤)is the empirical prescription by Professor Zhang Lei in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,the peony,Xuanhu(玄胡)and Licorice are the cores of traditional Chinese medicine in the prescription,which is varied according to the clinical symptoms and the effect is remarkable.
