论金世元教授医药圆融学术思想的重要性

On the importance of Professor Jin Shiyuan's academic thought of medical harmony

笔者作为金世元教授的再传弟子,在侍诊过程中,充分认识到金世元教授对于医药圆融的重视。笔者从医药圆融理论形成(中药学的全面传承、注重中医学的学习、恪守医德、药德),金世元教授的医药圆融理论体系的组成(中药品种的鉴别、中药炮制的规范、中成药的合理使用、无药养生)两大方面论证了"医药圆融"的理论体系的建立和传播。通过深刻思考"医药圆融"的学术思想对帮助青年中医成长的启示,指出该学术思想是青年中医成长的必经之路。因笔者身份即是中医医师,故从临床角度出发,阐明临床常用草药的性味、炮制等对于临床功效的影响。强调应做到"知其然"和"知其所以然",方能更好地服务于患者。金世元教授多年来重视中医药经典理论的学习。通过学习金老从事中医药事业的历程,总结出:"中医药经典是‘医药圆融’理论的基石"的论点。通篇文章,体现了金世元教授医药圆融学术思想对于中医药事业的发展的重要性。尤其对于青年中医师的成长,起了积极的作用。

As a retransmitted disciple of Professor Jin Shiyuan,the author fully realizes the importance that Professor Jin Shiyuan attached to the harmony of medicine in the process of medical consultation.The author illustrates the establishment of theoretical system and transmission of the medicine harmony theory from the formation of the theory(the full traditions of the Chinese materia medica,paying attention to the learning of traditional Chinese medicine,abiding by medical ethics,health maintenance),and the constitution of Professor Jin Shiyuan'theoretical system of medicine(TCM variety identification,specification of TCM,the rational use of the proprietary Chinese medicine,medicine health).By deeply thinking about the enlightenment of the academic thought of"medical integration"to help the growth of young TCM,it is pointed out that this academic thought is the only way for the growth of young TCM.As a Chinese medicine physician,the author,from a clinical point of view,elucidates the effect of property,taste and processing of common herbs on clinical efficacy.It is emphasized that only by"knowing what is right"and"knowing why it is right",can patients be better served.Professor Jin Shiyuan has attached great importance to the study of classical Chinese medicine theory for many years.Through studying the course of Professor Jin's career in traditional Chinese medicine,the thesis concludes that"TCM classics are the cornerstone of the theory of"medical integration".The whole article reflects Professor Jin Shiyuan's academic thought of medicine harmony,and is of great importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.It plays a positive role especially in guiding the growth of young Chinese medicine.
