摘要
目的:观察小柴胡颗粒联合泮托拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:反流性食管炎患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组口服泮托拉唑40 mg/次,1次/d,服用1个月;莫沙必利餐前30 min口服,5 mg/次,3次/d,服用1个月。治疗组患者在服用上述西药的同时,加服小柴胡颗粒10 g/次,饭后2 h冲服,3次/天。两组患者均观察1个月,对比治疗效果。并在停药后3个月时电话随访,观察远期疗效。结果:治疗组的近期疗效和3个月远期疗效优于对照组,反酸、胃灼热、胸骨后疼痛缓解时间优于对照组,尤其可以较好地改善生活质量、抑郁水平。结论:小柴胡颗粒联合泮托拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效优于单纯西药治疗,近期疗效和远期疗效均优于对照组,而且,小柴胡颗粒具有抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药的作用,可以减轻患者不良情绪,提高其生活质量,简单、廉价、有效、安全,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaochaihu granule(小柴胡颗粒)combined with pantoprazole and moxabilli on reflux esophagitis.Methods:200 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received oral pantoprazole 40 mg/time,1 time/d,1 month;Mosapride should be taken orally 30 min before meal,5 mg/time,3 times/d.Take it for a month.In the treatment group,10 g/time of Xiaochaihu granule(小柴胡颗粒)was added to the above western medicine,and was taken 2 h after meal,3 times/day.Patients in both groups were observed for 1 month and the therapeutic effect was compared.The long-term efficacy was observed by telephone followup 3 months after drug withdrawal.Results:The short term curative effect and 3 months long term curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group,the acid reflux,heartburn,retrosternal pain relief time of the treatment group was better than that of control group,especially it could better improve the quality of life,and reduce depression levels.Conclusion:Xiaochaihu granule(小柴胡颗粒)combined with pantoprazole and moxabilli was superior to pure western medicine treatment on reflux esophagitis,the short term curative effect and the long-term curative effect were superior to those of the control group,and Xiaochaihu granule(小柴胡颗粒)had antidepressant,anxiolytic effects,which could relieve the patients’bad feelings and improve the quality of life,it was simple,inexpensive,effective,safe and worthy of promotion.
