重组人表皮生长因子联合强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床治疗

Recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with intense pulsed light in the clinical treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis

目的:研究重组人表皮生长因子与强脉冲光联合疗法在面部激素依赖性皮炎中的应用价值。方法:2016年2月-2017年11月本科接诊的面部激素依赖性皮炎病患58例,采用电脑随机双盲法将所选入的病例随机分成两组:试验组和对照组各自有29例病例。两组都施以强脉冲光治疗,试验组加用重组人表皮生长因子。综合分析两组临床病症控制的效果,并对其作出比较。结果:试验组的治疗总有效率为96.55%,明显比对照组的79.31%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的症状积分为(3.87±2.41)分,明显比对照组的(5.48±1.69)分低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应发生率和对照组比较无显著差异,P> 0.05。结论:联合运用重组人表皮生长因子和强脉冲光疗法对面部激素依赖性皮炎病患进行施治,可显著提升其临床疗效,改善临床症状,提高预后。

Objective:To study the application value of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with intense pulsed light therapy in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.Methods:58 patients who received hormone-dependent facial dermatitis treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups by applying computer randomized double-blind method,with 29 cases in the experimental group and 29 cases in the control group.Both groups weretreated with intense pulsed light,and the experimental group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor.The effects of clinical disease control in 2 groups were analyzed and compared comprehensively.Results:The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.31%),and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of symptoms in the experimental group was(3.87±2.41),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.48±1.69),and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:Combination of recombinant human epidermal growth factor and intense pulsed light therapy could significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve prognosis in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.
