针刺三迎穴为主综合辨治青春期寻常性痤疮的临床研究

Clinical study of acupuncture Sanying acupoints as comprehensive treatment based on syndrome differentiation in treating adolescent acne vulgaris

目的:观察针刺三迎穴为主综合辨治青春期寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例志愿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,采用针刺三迎穴为主综合治疗,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,同时进行拔罐、行为习惯、饮食、心理等方面综合干预治疗。对照组40例,采用维A酸乳膏外用治疗,每晚睡前1次,10次为1个疗程。两组均治疗3个疗程,两组分别观察皮损程度积分和疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗3个疗程后的皮损程度积分分别为(2.12±2.08)分和(2.95±2.29)分,经过t检验,治疗后积分比较,P<0.05有统计学意义,且治疗组优于对照组。治疗组的临床治愈率为34.21%,总有效率为94.74%,观察组分别为24.32%和81.08%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺三迎穴为主综合辨治青春期寻常性痤疮的临床疗效显著,能改善青春期寻常性痤疮患者局部皮损程度。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture Sanying acupoints(三迎穴)as comprehensive treatment based on syndrome differentiation in treating adolescent acne vulgaris.Methods:80 volunteers were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,40 patients were treated with acupuncture Sanying acupoints(三迎穴)as comprehensive treatment based on syndrome differentiation,once every day,10 times formed a course of treatment,patients were given combined treatment of cupping,intervention of behavior,diet,psychology and other aspects.In the control group,40 patients were treated with vitamin A acid cream,one time before going to bed and one course of treatment included 10 times each night.2 groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment,and the score and efficacy of skin lesions of two groups were observed.Results:The skin lesion degree of the treatment group and the control group after 3 courses of treatment were(2.12±2.08)and(2.95±2.29)respectively,the integral comparison after treatment was made by t test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.And the treatment group was better than the control group.The clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 34.21%and the total effective rate was 94.74%,while that of the control group was 24.32%and 81.08%.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture Sanying acupoints(三迎穴)as comprehensive treatment based on syndrome differentiation was significant in treating acne vulgaris was significant,it could improve the local skin lesion of the patients with normal acne.
