摘要
目的:探讨老年住院患者实施MMSE评估认知功能障碍与营养状况的关系。方法:随机选取2017年10月-2018年3月我院老年住院认知功能障碍患者30例作为研究组,同时选取同期我院老年住院认知功能正常患者35例作为对照组。两组均采用我院自行设计的《老年人认知功能障碍量表》对患者进行调查,内容包含年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、高血压病史、糖尿病病史、高脂血症、冠心病史,空腹血糖。使用简易智能评估量表(MMSE)了解患者的认知功能障碍;用营养状况用微型营养评定(MNA)量表对患者基本身体指标、饮食评估、主观评估进行评价。结果:两组患者年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、冠心病史,空腹血糖对比,P> 0.05,但在高血压病史、糖尿病病史、高脂血症方面存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组营养不良的发生率30.0%,显著高于对照组的8.6%,P<0.05。研究组MNA分值为(17.45±3.48)分,显著低于对照组的(23.15±4.62)分,P<0.05。研究组MNA分值与MMSE分值之间呈现出正相关关系(r=0.531,P<0.05)。结论:老年住院患者的营养状况和认知功能之间存在显著的相关性,应进一步加强老年住院患者的营养支持,降低认知功能障碍的发生风险。
Objective:To explore the relationship between cognitive impairment and nutritional status in elderly inpatients with MMSE.Methods:From October 2017 to March 2018,30 cases of elderly inpatients with cognitive dysfunction in our hospital were randomly selected as the research group.Meanwhile,35 cases of elderly inpatients with normal cognitive function in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Two groups were surveyed by applying Cognitive dysfunction scale for the elderly,which was designed by our hospital,contents included age,gender,educational level,occupation,history of hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease history,fasting blood sugar.The simple intelligent assessment scale(MMSE)was used to understand the cognitive dysfunction of patients.The basic physical indexes,diet evaluation and subjective evaluation of the patients were evaluated by MNA.Results:Two groups of patients'age,gender,educational level,occupation,history of coronary heart disease(CHD),fasting glucose were compared,P>0.05,but in the history of hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of malnutrition in the study group was 30.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,8.6%,P<0.05.The MNA score of the study group was(17.45±3.48),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.15±4.62),P<0.05.There was a positive correlation between MNA score and MMSE score of the study group(r=0.531,P<0.05).Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between the nutritional status and cognitive function of the elderly inpatients,and the nutritional support of the elderly inpatients should be further strengthened to reduce the risk of cognitive dysfunction.
