中药房管理中存在问题及对策的探讨

Problems and countermeasures in the management of Chinese pharmacies

目的:研究在管理中药房对存在的问题,且提出有效处理措施。方法:回顾性分析研究本院自2015年8月-2016年8月66份中药房管理存在问题资料的所有数据,分析发生中药房管理问题的原因,给出合理管理措施。结果:对本次研究的66份中药房管理资料进行分析,药品质量不合格占据37.87%;不合理仓库保管占据16.67%;落后的中药信息化管理占据18.18%;不严格中药配方占据12.12%;加工炮制粗糙份数占据9.09%;不健全的人员管理制度占据6.06%。药品质量不合格与不合理仓库保管、落后的中药信息化管理、不严格中药配方、加工炮制粗糙、不健全的人员管理制等因素进行对比,P<0.05,统计学意义显著存在。结论:在管理中药房中依据合理措施进行管理,可显著提升服务质量。

Objective:To study the existing problems in the management of traditional Chinese medicine rooms and to put forward effective measures.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on all the data of 66 TCM pharmacy management problems in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016,to analyze the causes of the problems in TCM pharmacy management,and to provide reasonable management measures.Results:The analysis of 66 TCM pharmacy management data in this study showed that 37.87%of the drug quality was unqualified.Improper storage of warehouse accounted for 16.67%;Backward information management of traditional Chinese medicine accounted for 18.18%.Non-strict Chinese medicine formulations accounted for 12.12%.The number of rough parts processed accounted for 9.09%.Imperfect personnel management systems accounted for 6.06%.The factors such as unqualified drug quality and unreasonable warehouse storage,backward information management of traditional Chinese medicine,non-strict formula of traditional Chinese medicine,rough processing and imperfect personnel management system were compared,P<0.05,and the statistical difference was significant.Conclusion:In the management of traditional Chinese medicine rooms,the management according to reasonable measures could significantly improve the service quality.
