LPG燃料对汽车颗粒物排放影响的试验研究

摘要 以改装的液化石油气(liguefied petroleum gas,LPG)轿车为测试对象,在底盘测功机上按照新欧洲测试循环(new European driving cycle,NEDC)结合微粒传感器进行颗粒物排放测试,从全程总量排放、瞬态排放、市郊区对比等多角度进行分析,研究LPG燃料对汽车颗粒物的减排效应。试验结果表明,试验车辆在整个测试循环中,使用LPG燃料相对于汽油燃料的颗粒物总减排率为78.66%,在市区阶段与郊区阶段的减排率分别为59.38%、83.70%;颗粒物排放峰值出现在冷起动阶段,该阶段由起动造成颗粒物增加的作用要大于加速造成颗粒物增加的作用;冷起动过后的市区阶段,颗粒物排放明显降低,但随郊区阶段车速的提高,颗粒物排放仍有上升趋势。 The modified liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)car is used as the test object to test particle emissions in the chassis dynamometer in accordance with the new European driving cycle(NEDC)combined with particulate sensors and study the emission reduction effect of LPG fuel on automobile particles.Also,it is analyzed from many angles,such as total emission,transient emission and suburban comparison.The results show that throughout the test cycle,the total emission reduction rate of particles from LPG fuel is 78.66% compared to gasoline fuel,and the emission reduction rate of the urban stage and the suburban stage is 59.38% and 83.7% respectively;the peak of particle emission occurs in the cold starting stage,and the impact of startup is greater than that of acceleration;at the phases of urban area after the cold start stage,the particle emissions are significantly reduced,but with the increase of the car speed in the suburbs,the particle emissions are still on the rise.
