This paper introduced the technology design process of cylinder liner processing line.According to the structure characteristics and technical requirements of cylinder liner,it designed the process flow of cylinder liner from the aspects of key technology,key equipment selection and process equipment production.After the verification of the production,the production line not only meets the design requirements of parts and the requirements of the production program of beats,but also satisfies the economic,reasonable and practical needs.
