主要照顾者多元专案管理在居家留置尿管患者延续护理中的应用

Application of multi-project management of main caregiver in continuation nursing of indwelling urinary catheter in home

目的观察主要照顾者多元专案管理在居家留置尿管患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1—12月于我院接受治疗并需院外留置尿管的患者及其主要照顾者80例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,各40例,对照组接受居家尿管留置常规延续护理,实验组接受主要照顾者多元专案管理延续护理干预,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果实验组主要照顾者干预后尿管留置居家护理技能掌握度评分显著高于对照组,实验组患者出院后1月内居家尿管留置相关并发症发生率低于对照组(χ2=5.541,P=0.019)。结论采用多元专案管理对居家留置尿管患者的主要照顾者施加延续护理干预,可显著提升照顾者尿管留置居家照护水平,降低相关并发症发生风险。

Objective To observe the effect of multiple project management of main caregivers in the continuous nursing care of patients with indwelling urethral catheters.Methods Eighty patients who received treatment in our hospital and needed indwelling urinary catheters outside the hospital in 2017 and their main caregivers were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each of 40.The control group received the routine continuous nursing care,while the experimental group was provided with the continuous nursing based on the multiple project management.After the intervention,both groups were evaluated and compared.Results The nursing skill of the main caregivers of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications related to the indwelling of urinary catheters of the former was significantly lower than the latter(χ^2=5.541,P=0.019).Conclusion The application of multiple project management in the continuous nursing intervention of the main caretakers of the patients with the urinary catheterization can significantly improve the nursing level of the caretakers and reduce the risk of related complications.
