The effect of TiO_2 on the viscosity of furnace slag

摘要 整理了TiO_2含量对不同碱度、MgO含量以及Al_2O_3含量的含钛炉渣黏度的影响.低钛渣的黏度受CaO,MgO,Al_2O_3等的影响强烈;当二元碱度为1,Al_2O_3质量分数为7%,MgO质量分数为2%时,随着TiO_2含量增加,黏度下降. TiO_2大于10%小于15%时,炉渣的黏度在1 500℃左右均在0. 6 Pa·s以下,流动性较好.在碱度和MgO含量一定时,随着TiO_2含量增加黏度增大,当TiO_2含量增大到一定值时其对炉渣黏度影响变弱.当TiO_2含量大于20%碱度在0. 5左右时,随着TiO_2含量升高炉渣黏度降低;Al_2O_3和碱度对含TiO_2炉渣黏度的影响也较为显著;总体来说Al_2O_3含量越高,炉渣黏度越高;碱度对TiO_2含量不同的高炉渣(低钛渣、中钛渣、高钛渣)的黏度的影响都是随着碱度提高,炉渣黏度先降低后升高. The effect of TiO2 content on the viscosity of titanium-containing slag with different basicity,MgO content and Al2O3 content was discussed.The viscosity of low-titanium slag was strongly influenced by CaO,MgO,Al2O3,and etc..When the binary basicity was 1 and the mass fraction of Al2O3,MgO was 7%,2%,respectively,the viscosity decreased with the increase of TiO2 content.When the mass fraction of TiO2 was more than 10%and less than 15%,the viscosity of the slag was below 0.6 Pa·s at about 1 500℃,and the fluidity was good.When the basicity and MgO content were constant,the viscosity increased with the increase of TiO2 content.When the content of TiO2 increased to a certain value,its influence on the slag viscosity became weak.When the mass fraction of TiO2 was more than 20%and the basicity was about 0.5,the viscosity of slag decreased with the increase of TiO2 content.The influence of Al2O3 and basicity on the viscosity of TiO2 containing slag was also significant.Generally,the higher the content of Al2O3 is,the higher the slag viscosity is.The effect of basicity on the viscosity of blast furnace slag(low titanium slag,medium titanium slag,high titanium slag)with different TiO2 content was increased with basicity,and the viscosity of slag was first decreased and then increased.
