摘要 风力发电机机舱罩在使用过程中存在失稳现象,严重影响机舱罩的寿命.本文基于有限元分析方法,对某兆瓦级风力发电机组复合材料机舱罩进行屈曲分析,预测机舱罩在风载或雪载作用下是否失稳.计算仿真结果表明在规定的载荷作用下,前挡板及分隔壁等部件已经失稳,并提出局部加厚机舱罩合理化建议,为有效改善机舱罩稳定性提供了理论依据和实际参考. There is instability in the use of wind turbine hood,which seriously affects the life span of the hood.The buckling analysis of composite hood of a megawatt wind turbine was carried out using the finite element analysis method,and the stability of the hood under wind or snow load was predicted.The simulation results show that the front baffle and the partition were destabilized under the specified loads.The rationalization suggestions of partially thickened hood were put forward,providing theoretical basis and practical reference for effectively improving the stability of hood.
