摘要
研究了国际电工委员会(IEC)和我国国家电网公司的智能电网标准体系,基于智能牵引供电系统与智能电网的差异,提出了涵盖基础通用方面标准和产品装备、工程建设、运维管理3大板块的我国智能牵引供电系统标准体系框架结构及其标准组成、主要内容,以推进智能牵引供电系统建设。
Study is made for the smart grid standard system of the International Electromechanical Commission(IEC) and State Grid Corporation of China, on the basis of difference between intelligent traction power supply system and smart grid, the China’s intelligent power supply system standard system structures and the composition and main contents of the standard covering 3 big sectors of fundamental general standard, products & equipment, engineering construction and maintenance & management are put forward, so as to promote the construction of intelligent traction power supply system.
