湖北大冶蟹子地遗址出土西周早期金属丝的初步科学分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、金相显微镜对湖北大冶蟹子地遗址出土西周早期金属丝的化学成分和金相组织进行分析,并与相关研究成果进行比较。研究表明,该金属丝为Sn-Pb合金,熔点~200℃,与现代Sn-Pb共晶焊料相近,应该不是铸造青铜器时所使用的配料,极有可能与当时青铜器的焊接相关,但是否是古代青铜器焊接过程中所使用的"焊丝",还有待相关的考古新发现及其科学研究验证。 Metallographic examination and composition analysis of metal wire dated from the early West Zhou Dynasty excavated from Xiezidi site in Daye city,Hubei Province,were performed by X ray fluorescence spectrometer and metallographic microscope,and compared with findings related to solders attached to ancient bronzes and modern Sn-Pb eutectic solder.The results show that the metal wire is of Sn-Pb alloy with melting point of^200℃ which is significant parallel with modern Sn-Pb eutectic solder.The metal wire is not supposed to be ingredient of bronze casting but is very likely to be related to bronze welding.However,the real function of the metal wire will be confirmed by new discoveries related to archaeology and scientific research.
