摘要
承包商分包和监理方分包的出现,一定程度上增加了监理活动的控制范围和难度,也加剧了监理活动的风险。本文基于风险思维,就分包活动对设备监理的影响进行识别和分析,探讨分包活动中设备监理的风险控制措施。
The existing of subcontractors and subcontracting of supervision service widens the control range of supervision activity and makes the work more diffi cult and risky in a certain extent.In the light of risk,this paper tries to identify the infl uences of subcontracting on equipment supervision and makes relevant analysis so as to explore the risk control measures.
