摘要
目的探讨情景模拟视频教学法在全科规范化培训儿科急症教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—12月入科的全科规范化培训学员为对照组(62名),采取传统教学法;2017年1—11月入科学员为实验组(54名),采取情景模拟视频教学法。并应用客观评价(理论、病史采集、体格检查考核成绩)及主观评价(满意度调查问卷)作为评价指标。结果实验组理论考试、病史采集及体格检查成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),实验组较对照组更能激发学习兴趣、提高临床思维能力、自学能力、医患沟通能力、团队协作能力等,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论情景模拟视频教学在全科规范化培训中较传统教学法有更大优势。
Objective To explore the efficient of situational simulation video teaching of pediatric emergency in the standardized training of general practitioners.Methods 62 students who were enrolled in general practice training from January to December 2016 were as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted.From January to November 2017,54 students were selected the experimental group and adopted the scene simulation video teaching method.The objective evaluation(theory,medical history collection,physical examination results)and subjective evaluation(satisfaction questionnaire)were used as evaluation indicators.Results The theory exam,medical history collection and physical examination results of experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group was more able to stimulate interest in learning,improve the clinical thinking ability,self-learning ability,the doctor-patient communication ability,the team cooperation ability and so on,the difference has the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation video teaching has more advantages than traditional teaching methods in the standardized training for general practitioners.
