住院医师规范化培训与医院继续教育中“365”培训的探索

住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对于培训临床高层次医师,提高医疗质量极为重要。占据了医学终生教育的承前(医学院校基本教育)启后(继续医学教育)的重要地位。为深入落实国家住培政策,更好的提高住院医师规范化培训工作成效,让医学生顺利转型成为合格的临床医师,文章结合我院多年来已在实际工作中取得突出成效的职工继续教育中的"365"培训计划,探讨如何将继续教育中的"365"培训计划与住院医师规范化培训标准、培训内容有机结合在一起,旨在推动我院住院医师规范化培训工作健康、快速发展。为探索培养高质量、同质化、综合素质较高的住院医师提供方法和途径。

The standardized training of resident physicians is an important part of postgraduate education.It is very important for the training of clinical high-level physicians and the improvement of medical quality.Occupying an important position in medical lifelong education,which is the preceding link(basic education in medical colleges)and the following link(continuing medical education).In order to carry out the national housing culture policy,improve the effectiveness of the standardized training work of the resident doctors and make the medical students transform into qualified clinicians successfully,this paper combines the“365”training program in the continuing education of the workers in our hospital for many years,and discusses how to continue the“365”in the continuing education,discusses how to continue the"365"training program in education with standardized resident training standards,training content organic combination,in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of standardized resident training in our hospital.
